Dani SguegliaSuccessfully navigating a career path that has been anything but straight is the thread woven throughout Dani’s history. After graduating from Hartwick College with a degree in Fine Arts and Art History, Dani spent time teaching ceramics at Cornell University before stumbling into a 10-year career in the construction materials industry.
Dani started with the Albany based company as an administrative assistant and through various personnel changes and amazing mentorship, Dani found herself as the National Sales Manager of the firm within two years. The industry and her sponsors taught her that culture fit, personality and dedication to success are far more important than educational background or experience. The selection and management of her team was grounded in this philosophy and found success because of it. When Dani found herself working in the staffing industry, she guided her clients through their personnel augmentation using her philosophy and experiences as reference points. Through recruiting, helping clients navigate the process of evaluating their current team and determining voids that need to be filled, Dani continues to be a trusted advisor to many local business leaders. Dani has always believed in building strong relationships and giving back to her community. She has been involved with many nonprofit organizations and events. She is currently dedicated to her three sons, her clients and achieving the ever elusive “work – life” balance. |

"If I were running a company today, I would have one priority above all others: to acquire as many of the best people as I could [because] the single biggest constraint on the success of my organization is the ability to get and to hang on to enough of the right people."
